FRIDA KAHLO - death
Frida died on 7/19/1954 “in early AM hours”, in Mexico City.
She underwent a leg amputation a year before, and during this period, the second half of 1954, was physically and emotionally in a deeply exhausted, oversaturated by pain, condition (in February ’54 she wrote in her diary about wanting to kill herself, and being in a state of suffering more than ever thus far in her life).
The Sec. Progressed Moon on the day was at 23*16’ Cap, coming exact to that same pair of rx Midpoints mentioned in the analysis of the SL 1925 chart, i.e. Pl/Se 23*37’ Ari and Ve/Se 23*55’ Ari (longitudes of the direct MPs).
The new SSR has just set 13 days prior (7/6/’54);
it has nothing transiting angular, and the rx Moon 8* 12’ from MC as the sole rx, and sole angular as such, factor;
the SSR Moon is connected with the SSR Mars, cnj 24’ a
By this chart, we’d expect a year when the native is being under some kind of attack or otherwise aggressiveness directed toward them from the environment (it’s the *transiting* Mars with the SSR Moon); and the general tone of the year such as depicted by the broad-presence of rx Moon angularity – the native’s adaptability faculties are brought to the fore; they seek to nest, are in need/looking-for more security, there are changes in domestic conditions, etc.
The final SLR 6/27/’54 has:
t Venus MC 55’
r Mercury IC 6*42’
The DSLR 7/11 has:
t Saturn AC 5*41’
r Mercury MC 1*52’
From these two charts, by the orbs involved and the combos of planets included, we’d expect a generally Venusian-themed month, with the native primarily tending to express themselves via verbal communication and the like, and the second half of it bringing some kind of strain/limitation as the tone of environmental conditions, but this being over 5* orb, its presence is mild and the focus is on native’s own Mercury.
The final SL, set on 5/21/’54, has:
t Pluto on MC 5*51’
as the sole angular (tr and rx) factor
The SL Moon is tied with:
SL Node, cnj 1*25’ s
SL Uranus, opp 3*27’ a
r Moon/SL Sun: oct 1*30’ s
r Mars cnj 2*49’ s
r Sun opp 2*51’ s
r Neptune opp 3*49’ s
r Jupiter cnj 4*13’ a
The final LS 6/30/’54 has:
t Pluto MC 6*45’
r Moon DC 1*20’
The final DLS, 7/15/’54 has:
t Pluto ND 12’
r Mercury IC 6*16’
r Moon AC 8*37’
So, we see the repeated theme of transiting Pluto present in all three pertinent charts, with the final bi-weekly one bringing it sharply to the fore.
The aspects of the SL Moon speak for themselves.
And on the day of death, this Moon progressed to come to be at 24*47’ Sag, aligning with the rx sequence of these particular direct Midpoints:
Neptune/N.Node 24*27’ Gem
Sun/N.Node 24*56’ Gem
Mars/N.Node 24*57’ Vir
